The Perfect World Foundation supports African People & Wildlife to prevent human-wildlife conflict in Tanzania, primarily through the installation of APW’s innovative Living Walls in the West Kilimanjaro landscape. From August to December 2023, this project contributed to the installation of 20 Living Walls in the West Kilimanjaro landscape of Northern Tanzania. Key outcomes of this effort include:

• 3,589 trees planted
• 272 people with improved well-being and financial security as a result of reduced conflict with predators
• 3,088 livestock secured at night, valued at approximately USD 324,765.
