Necklace from By Billgren.
Why a rhino hanging upside down? Rhinos are urgently moved in rescue operations, from areas where poaching and extinction threaten the most, hanging upside down under helicopters. It may look scary, but the rhinos are not harmed by the flight. They are anesthetized throughout the flight and wake up first in a place where they have a better chance of surviving and reproduce. The name Sudan: The rhino / necklace has been named “Sudan” after the last male North African white rhino, who passed away on 19 March 2018.
The necklace is delivered in a gift box together with a small presentation folder with information about the project. When you buy the necklace, By Billgren donates SEK 200 to The Perfect World Foundation’s work with animals and nature in crisis.
